Daniel F. Simon, a 10-year+ P.E., is Sierra Environmental's principal engineer. As an independent consultant, Mr. Simon specializes in solving the problems of challenged properties. SE offers quick turn-around time, construction oversite, detailed attention to cost-saving measures and specialized one-to-one attention to clients' individual needs. (SE contracts with other professionals, in order to minimize overall project costs.)
